Omotenashi is Japanese hospitality in which you have already been taken care of before you thought to ask. 表なし — “no surface and no underside”: nothing put on for show and nothing hidden away. We built the studio around that word rather than around a price list.

What that means in practice: you arrive — and from that moment there is nothing left to decide. No choosing between twenty options, no paying extra for the “improved version”, no watching the clock. Your therapist already knows what to do.

The ritual begins with the head: warm water, slow hands, silence. The head is where the kind of tiredness lives that sleep does not take away. Then the face, the neck, the shoulders. Then tea.
