1 · General provisions

1.1. These purchase terms (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between SIA HEADSPA, registration number 40203721075, registered office Rūpniecības iela 5-1A, Rīga, LV-1010 (“HEADSPA”), and the natural person (the “Client”) who makes a reservation or uses HEADSPA services on head-spa.lv or in the studio.

1.2. By making a reservation or paying the advance invoice, the Client confirms that they have reviewed these Terms, the cancellation rules (head-spa.lv/cancellation) and the privacy policy (head-spa.lv/privacy) and accepts their conditions.

1.3. HEADSPA reserves the right to amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the website. Changes take effect from the day of publication and apply only to reservations made after that date.


2 · Services

2.1. HEADSPA provides Eastern Head Spa procedures, cosmetology services and related wellness rituals in accordance with the service catalogues at head-spa.lv/journeys and head-spa.lv/cosmetology.

2.2. The services are not medical treatment. They are relaxation wellness procedures aimed at general well-being and cosmetic effect.

2.3. The content, duration and price of each procedure are stated on the corresponding page of the website and confirmed at the moment of reservation.

2.4. HEADSPA reserves the right to adapt the content of the procedure if the Client’s health condition requires it (based on the health questionnaire).


3 · Reservation and payment

3.1. How to make a reservation.

3.1.1. A Reservation is created using the online form on head-spa.lv. The Reservation is deemed placed once the form is submitted and the booking system has confirmed it.

3.1.2. WhatsApp Business, Instagram, email and phone calls are consulting channels only. Through them, the Guest can receive information about rituals, prices, available times and recommendations on choosing a programme. Reservations are not placed through these channels.

3.1.3. If, following the consultation, the Guest chooses a ritual, a personalised link to the Reservation form is sent to them. The link is valid for 24 hours from the moment it is sent. The Reservation is deemed placed once the form behind the link has been submitted and the booking system has confirmed it.

3.1.4. If the personalised link is not activated within 24 hours, the chosen time is automatically released and becomes available to other Guests. A new reservation is possible through the website or by requesting a new link via the consulting channels.

3.2. After confirmation by the booking system, the Client is sent an advance invoice within 1 business day. The payment term is 3 (three) business days from receipt of the invoice. The reservation is deemed confirmed once payment of the advance invoice is received. If payment is not received in time, the reservation is automatically cancelled.

3.3. Advance payment amount: EUR 20.00 (twenty euros) per person per reserved procedure. The advance is credited towards the total price of the procedure.

3.3.1. An online reservation may be confirmed either by full payment of the procedure price or by a partial prepayment of EUR 20.00 per guest (where available). The reservation is confirmed only after the online payment or prepayment has been successfully verified. With a partial prepayment, the remaining balance is payable at the studio on the day of the visit.

3.4. Payment methods:

  • Online payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via the payment service provider Paynt (where available)
  • Bank transfer to the HEADSPA account at AS Citadele banka (IBAN LV15PARX0034402250001) under the advance invoice
  • Card or cash in the studio

3.5. Balance payment: the remaining amount is paid in the studio on the day of the procedure.

3.6. SIA HEADSPA is not a VAT payer, therefore all prices are stated without VAT.


4 · Client obligations

4.1. Health questionnaire. Before the first visit, the Client is required to complete a health questionnaire.

4.1.1. The questionnaire is sent automatically for online completion after the reservation is confirmed.

4.1.2. Before the procedure, the responsible specialist checks that every client has completed the questionnaire and, if necessary, helps the client to complete it together before the procedure.

4.1.3. Clients without a completed questionnaire will not be admitted to the procedure.

4.2. The Client undertakes to provide truthful and complete information about their state of health, including pregnancy, chronic conditions, allergies, medications taken and any other circumstances that may affect the procedure.

4.3. Arrival: Clients are recommended to arrive at the studio no earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled procedure time. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in the procedure being shortened or cancelled without refund of the advance.

4.4. Pre-procedure recommendations: the Client follows HEADSPA recommendations (for example, not using decorative cosmetics, removing contact lenses) according to the specific programme.

4.5. Respectful communication: the Client undertakes to treat HEADSPA staff and other clients with respect.


5 · HEADSPA obligations

5.1. To deliver high-quality services in accordance with the description on the website.

5.2. To protect the Client’s personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the privacy policy.

5.3. To keep the health questionnaire confidential and use it solely for the safety of the procedure.

5.4. To inform the Client about the content, duration and possible sensations of the procedure.

5.5. To refuse to provide the service if the Client has refused to complete the health questionnaire, has provided false information, or if contraindications are identified that make the procedure unsafe. In that case, refund of the advance is governed by the cancellation rules.


6 · Contraindications

6.1. Absolute contraindications (procedure is refused or postponed):

  • Active oncology or ongoing oncological treatment
  • Active infectious diseases
  • Acute conditions of the scalp
  • Severe neurological conditions (uncontrolled epilepsy)
  • A Client under the influence of alcohol or drugs

6.2. Relative contraindications (programme is adapted):

  • Pregnancy and lactation (only certain programmes are available)
  • Pacemaker (specific device-based procedures are excluded)
  • Secondary dermatological issues
  • Hypertension or hypotension
  • Metal implants (RF and ultrasound procedures are not available)

6.3. The decision to adapt the procedure is made by the HEADSPA specialist after reviewing the health questionnaire.


7 · Prices and promotions

7.1. Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes.

7.2. Seasonal promotions and discounts may be offered. The conditions for applying them are communicated separately.


8 · Gift cards

8.1. HEADSPA offers gift cards that can be purchased on head-spa.lv and used to pay for HEADSPA procedures.

8.2. Denominations: EUR 50, EUR 100 and EUR 200, or a custom amount chosen at purchase. A gift card may be used towards the full price of a booking, including add-ons.

8.3. A ritual as a gift: any procedure from the catalogue may be purchased as a gift card. In that case the card is issued for the price of the chosen procedure at the time of purchase.

8.4. Validity: a gift card is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.

8.5. Use: a gift card is single-use and is redeemed in one payment. Any unused balance is not carried over and is not refunded. A gift card cannot be combined with a discount coupon on the same booking.

8.6. Format: all gift cards are electronic and are delivered by email once payment is confirmed. A printed card is available on request and is collected at the studio.

8.7. How to redeem: the activation code from the gift card is presented at the studio or entered during online reservation; the card is applied to a single booking.

8.8. A gift card is issued only after the payment has been successfully verified. SIA HEADSPA is not a VAT payer, therefore gift cards are sold without VAT.


9 · Liability

9.1. HEADSPA is not liable for consequences arising from:

  • The Client concealing or providing false information in the health questionnaire
  • Failure to follow pre- or post-procedure recommendations
  • Individual reactions to cosmetic products where the Client did not declare allergies

9.2. HEADSPA liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9.3. Force majeure: HEADSPA is not liable for failure to provide the service due to circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, state emergencies, epidemics, etc.).


10 · Cancellation and refund

10.1. The cancellation and refund rules are described in a separate document: head-spa.lv/cancellation.


11 · Complaints and disputes

11.1. The Client may submit a complaint:

11.2. HEADSPA replies to a complaint within 15 business days of receipt.

11.3. If the Client is not satisfied with the HEADSPA reply, they may turn to:

  • The Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC): www.ptac.gov.lv
  • The Dispute Resolution Commission: www.ptac.gov.lv/disputes
  • A court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia

12 · Personal data

12.1. Processing of the Client’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the HEADSPA Privacy Policy (head-spa.lv/privacy) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13 · Applicable law

13.1. These Terms are drafted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including:

  • The Consumer Rights Protection Law
  • The Civil Law
  • The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679)

13.2. All legal disputes related to card processing are handled under Latvian Law.
